Your device. Your control.

Privacy comes with the tool.

No account, no diagnostic uploads, and no advertising or analytics scripts.

Camera, microphone and recordings

Capture starts only after you choose the relevant test and grant browser access. Preview, signal analysis and short recordings are processed in this browser. Recordings are held in memory, never uploaded, and discarded when deleted or when you leave the test. Any download is an explicit local action.

Device and input information

Keyboard, pointer, touch, controller and sensor activity is used only in the active test. Browser-exposed attributes are displayed locally. We do not combine them into a persistent fingerprint or send them as telemetry.

Saved progress

Results are in memory by default. Guided tests offer an explicit option to save minimal step IDs and classifications on this device for 24 hours. Numeric hardware/media/benchmark readings, recordings and raw input traces are excluded. Expiry is enforced on the next access; use Clear saved progress to delete sooner. Storage restrictions never prevent an in-memory test.

Network and hosting

The production site is planned to use Vercel for hosting. Loading code, fonts and pages sends ordinary request metadata, including IP addresses, to the hosting platform. The Vercel plan and logging settings are not yet selected; their retention and access policy must be confirmed before launch. Runtime-log retention does not describe all platform or security data retention. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice. This local implementation does not promise absolute anonymity.

Control access

Use Stop, leave the test, or revoke access in your browser settings. Native permission indicators show ongoing access. Permission denial is never a device defect. Clipboard contents are not read; capability checks do not register a service worker.
